Mechanic for Chinese Made Motorscooter-Roketa Bali 150

I am having problems finding a mechanic who will look at my Roketa Bali 150 (Chinese made) motorscooter. I think it's a short in the starting system but need someone to look at it. I can obtain all the parts needed. The scooter is only a year old and we miss riding it (our Cocker Spaniel does too)! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please help me with culch

Hi, I have a 1988 XTL Ford Deisel that the culch went out on it. Not sure what to do. Any one know about this? The motor is a 7.3 Internation. Can the culch be adjusted or does it have to be replaced? The truck is very nice and I really don't want to junk it. Any and all reply's are welcome.
