I am looking for a large cargo shipping container, steel or aluminum, 20' to 40', and I would prefer a 40'.  Prefer the refrigerated type (does not matter if the refrigeration unit works or not).  Cheap, free or very reasonably priced.  Must be watertight, weathertight and in decent condition.  I'm near Olympia, Washington.
